3. Booking and Cancellation

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and vaccination status.
• Ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations as required for the services being provided.

• Collect your pet at the agreed time or notify us of any delays.

5. Health and Safety

We take reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care. However, we cannot guarantee that your pet will not become ill or injured while in our care.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that we believe poses a risk to our staff, other animals, or themselves. This includes pets displaying aggressive behaviour or showing signs of contagious illness.

6. Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet. You agree to be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

Our services do not replace professional veterinary care. We recommend regular check-ups with a qualified veterinarian.

7. Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or death of your pet except where caused by our gross negligence.
• Loss or damage to any personal property left with your pet.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
